- get price quote
- send us an Email which attached with plan view and elevation view,and specific about the view points you want.
- answer your email with the price quote
- after we receive your email,we will calculate cost of this project according to the plan view and elevation view which you send to us,after that then we will reply you email with price quote.
- pay down payment and start work
- if you willing move forward,deposit $100 at most.after you deposit clearly,we start work immediately(at presently,we accept paypal or paypal with vise,master card only)
- negotiate payment structure in course of work for you
- we will divide your project into several parts.such as basic modeling,low resolution rendering for comments,final high resolution rendering,etc.we negotiate payment structure while we work on these steps.
- inspect and accept
- we send all files to you after we complete all your work.If you satisfied with our works,pay the rest money due to us.otherwise,we will make adjustment until you satified.
SOMETHING ABOUT TRUST & ANTI-SCAM
Trust with each other will make many things much easier,however get trust is one of the most difficult things on internet especially when money involved.We also facing the same problem when we co-opereate at first time.
To improve the feeling of trust at first time co-operation,especially at the very beginning. Unlike other companies' request,you have to pay 50% deposit to start your work.However,I have to protect myself too.you have to pay me 5% deposit to start your work and the maximum deposit will not exceed $100.You can deposit via paypal.Once we receive your deposit,We will start your work immediately.Usually,we will need 1~2 days to translate all drawings into Chinese and make technicians understand the building plan.Afterward we will start create model.At this step,we will send you a screenshot to show you that your work be started.we should imporved our feeling of trust by this setp and following things should much easier for us.As for the rest money remain,we can negotiate when and how to pay.but I advise we'd better divide the work into several parts,for example,divide it into 3d-modeling part,exterior rendering part,interior rendering part,and animation part.when every part compeleted,your pay us that part's money.
